Welcome to Acumen Diagnostics. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply to all users ("Users", "you", or "your") who access or use the website or any services offered by Acumen Diagnostics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to home sample collection, health check-ups, diagnostic testing, and consultations.
2. Services Offered
Acumen Diagnostics provides a wide range of diagnostic and preventive healthcare services, including:
- Home sample collection
- Health check-ups
- Corporate wellness programs
- Doctor and dietician consultations
- Genetic and allergy testing
- Hospital lab management
The availability of services may vary by location. Acumen Diagnostics reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our helpline. The minimum billing amount for home collection is ₹2000. For bookings below ₹2000, a nominal charge of ₹230 applies.
Payment must be completed before or at the time of sample collection. We accept UPI, debit cards, and credit cards. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, you can reschedule your appointment as per your convenience.
4. No Refund Policy
Acumen Diagnostics follows a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are not applicable once payment has been made. In case of unavoidable issues such as phlebotomist unavailability or operational delays, users may reschedule their appointment at no extra cost.
5. Sample Collection and Reporting
Our trained phlebotomists collect samples under strict quality and hygiene protocols. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and following pre-test instructions, such as fasting where applicable.
Reports are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email within the promised turnaround time. While we strive for accuracy, minor delays may occur due to technical or medical reasons.
6. User Responsibilities
- To provide true and accurate personal and medical information.
- To follow pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting, medication restrictions).
- Not to misuse or interfere with the website, services, or staff.
- To ensure presence at the booked location for home sample collection.
7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical data collected are securely stored and processed only for diagnostic and reporting purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
While Acumen Diagnostics strives for the highest quality in testing and reporting, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services or absolute accuracy of reports in cases beyond our control (e.g., sample quality issues, instrument errors, or external factors). Our services are intended for diagnostic purposes and not for self-diagnosis or treatment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Acumen Diagnostics and its staff shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss, or injury arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹1000 per user.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
